Welcome to Commonwealth!  Our facility is over 6000 square feet.   We have two separate mat spaces which enable us to run several training programs simultaneously.  Because of this, we have more available classes per day than any other martial arts facility in the state!   In addition to tons of classes and ample space, we also have a full weight room, perfect for all levels of weight training.   Our mat area has two drinking fountains, and plenty of seating for spectators.  In the summer months, we have two beautiful overhead doors which allow for fresh air on those hot days, excellent training with a cool breeze!  In the back of house area Commonwealth has a spacious locker room and four private bathrooms with tiled showers,  so you’ll never have to wait to get cleaned up after training.  This is the perfect accommodation for those who train before work or on their lunch breaks.

On your first visit you’ll find plenty of parking to the west of our building in the public parking lot.   Students can enter either through the front or the back of the gym.   At the front of the gym you’ll find our reception area where one of our staff can give you answers, check you in, or give you a personal tour.    If you need gear to train, we have plenty to available for students to use indefinitely, including many clean loaner uniforms for jiu jitsu.  We also carry plenty of in stock new uniforms to purchase at affordable prices if you’d like to get started with your own gear and apparel.   We recommend bringing a pair flip flops or slides, as these make for the easiest access on and off the mats.   And if you wish to shower please bring your own towel.    If you have additional questions prior to your first visit, please call!  734-743-1624
